The transformation of an over-grown and cluttered walled garden into a perfect space for entertaining. By combining natural coastal materials and traditional paving with a planting scheme that marries sea-side and cottage garden design principles, created a coherent and relaxing space. The garden, in it's original state, already contained a brilliant and eccentric mix of objects and materials which our client, Elaine, wanted us to re-purpose in the new walkways and seating zones as well as the plant beds.
